Dawn Yang leads Global Entertainment Partnerships at TikTok, where she develops vertical strategy and innovative partnership models that bring together users, fans, creators, and studios into a dynamic ecosystem for discovery, storytelling, and fandom. She is driven to shape the future of entertainment where culture and technology meet, connecting global audiences through their shared love of storytelling.

Dawn joined TikTok in 2020 as an early member of the Bytedance business development team, and built strategic partnerships across rights, content, product, marketing and monetization. She previously worked in strategic planning and business development at a major Hollywood studio and began her career in finance in Shanghai. Raised in China and Canada, Dawn now lives in Los Angeles and is an avid fan of traveling and international films.
