Since 2022, Drake has served as Head of Creative Production at Delta Air Lines, where he led the creation and development of their multimillion-dollar in-house production team. This department has redefined how Delta connects with global audiences through compelling, human-centered storytelling. Known as Window Seat, this production house creates everything from powerful feature documentaries to cornerstone content for marquee Delta events.

He most recently produced Delta’s latest feature documentary, Why We Dream, which follows eight WWII survivors on their post-war journey and return to Normandy. Drake’s work aims to capture the lasting impact of storytelling and its power to inspire and unite us all.
